Jurere (with EDSA)
 Florianopolis-Santa Catarina, Brazil
A 450-acre site on the Atlantic ocean was designed as a mixed use/residential project. The major components of the program was a marina inlet that was ringed with a large resort hotel, a yacht club and a string of medium density three storey buildings which feature retail along the promenade and residential above. The boat slips would allow residents to anchor boats along the promenade and store them on site. A spa/heathcare facility is attached to the hotel, which faces a large drop off area that is common to both. The hotel boasts a large pool amenity area with tennis courts and water features skewed throughout the site. There is also a smaller hotel which sits along the atlantic ocean on the north side. The residential areas are divided into three different types, low density golf course units, medium density and zero lot line units with an 18 hole golf course intertwined between two of the types.

Santa Maria Del Plata (with EDSA)

A 400 acre site on the Atlantic Ocean is a proposed mixed use project that has some spectacular water canals that weave their way through the site. An island is designed in the center of the marine inlet with boat slips all around. A hotel, yacht club, theme restaurant, main sales center, and main swimming pool are located on the island. On the northern part of the site, a smaller island sitting in the canal is the site for a clubhouse and pool facility. The island is surrounded with residential 'villas' and residential condos behind them. The condo buildings, between 20 - 30 stories high, face a large green space that serves as a common park space with tennis courts and pool facilities.
