BallenIsles (with UDS) Palm Beach Gardens, FL
BallenIsles is a 1,300+ acre community encompassing 1,650 dwelling units and three private 18-hole championship golf courses. The courses designed by Dick Wilson and Joe Lee have hosted the World Cup, the PGA Championship and the PGA Seniors' Championship.

Hammock Creek Palm City, Florida
Three distinct neighborhoods form the golf community of Hammock Creek. The Estates offers a private, gated neighborhood with estate residences and exclusive access to a resort style recreation center featuring the main pool, tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground and the community clubhouse. The Preserve and the Sanctuary offer luxury homes on premium sites with magnificent views of the community's natural preserve areas and championship golf course. The golf course is the first Florida co-design between Jack Nicklaus and his son Jack Nicklaus II. The community master plan was designed for the golf course to play in and around the natural wetland and upland preserves of the site.

The Loxahatchee Club (with UDS) Jupiter, Florida
Golf is the lifestyle foundation at The Loxahatchee Club. The community boasts a links-style Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, which most members walk, due to a master plan that allowed for very close green to tee connections between holes. The community features 286 homes on 340 acres and includes 71 acres of fresh water lakes.

Martin Downs (with UDS) Palm City, FL
One of the largest projects in Martin County, Martin Downs offers a variety of real estate choices including single family homes, condominiums and large estate lots. The project includes 36-holes of championship golf designed by Chuck Ankrom. The Crane Creek Course is routed around preserved wetlands and streams while the Tower Course is well known for its surrounding pines and palm trees. The community also offers an excellent tennis and pool amenity to its residents.

This private, gated upscale community includes 564 homes on 363 acres and an Arnold Palmer designed golf course. In addition to championship golf residents enjoy a clubhouse, pool and tennis amenities.

This 285-acre exclusive gated enclave offers a private Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course, a Ritz-Carlton spa and three home ownership options. The community features estate homes, courtyard homes and a fractional residence club. The Audubon certified golf course plays around a bald eagle preserve and a dramatic cypress wetland.

The centerpiece of Winston Trails is the 6,900 yard Joe Lee designed championship golf course. This private gated community is comprised of over 1,900 single family homes and villas. Other amenities include an Olympic swimming pool and tennis courts.

Achasta (with Nicklaus Design) Dahlonega, Georgia
A residential golf and mountain community, Achasta is located in historical Dahlonega, known for the first ever American Gold Rush. The project includes a spectacular Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The golf course was routed in the Chestatee River valley, with over half of the holes adjacent to the river and a unique island river fifth hole. Many members and guests prefer to walk the golf course as the routing allows for close connections between greens and tees. By positioning the golf course in the river valley, the developer preserved the mountain portion of the property for real estate lots with incredible views and elevation change.

Heron Creek (with Wilson Miller) North Port, Florida
This gated 831-acre community preserves 430 acres in the master plan for golf, conservation and lakes. 27-holes of Arthur Hills designed championship golf and a learning center serve as the primary amenity for the residents. The project includes a total of 1,970 residential units. The master plan allowed for the course and residential development to wind through native landscape, natural buffers, stands of native trees and large lakes. The master plan includes a neighboring 220-acre town center encompassing 750,000 square feet for commercial and medical facilities, retail stores, banks, a supermarket and the North Port City Hall.
