Isles of Athena Northport, FL
This 5,700-acre new town is located on the west coast of Florida. The master plan envisions a series of residential villages with mixed use neighborhood centers. The project design preserves 1,500-acres of environmentally sensitive habitat. In addition to the residential units, nearly two million square feet of commercial/retail area will be developed. Adjacent to the project, a 50-acre park is being designed by HCG to include a variety of recreational amenities and sports fields.

Indiantown, FL
Working with Martin County Growth Management staff and the Neighborhood Advisory Committee, HCG prepared a Community Redevelopment Plan (CRP) and Overlay Zoning and Design Regulations. HCG conducted a two day charrette with the community. As a result, the CRP included priority projects, implementation strategies and a preliminary economic development plan. The CRP received the Florida Redevelopment Association Roy MacKenzie Award. The Overlay Zoning and Design Regulations received an American Planning Association Award of Excellence.

Sahl Hasheesh Hurghada, Egypt
HCG is a finalist in an international design competition for the master planning of Phase III of this incredibly unique and massive 6,000 acre project. Sahl Hasheesh has established itself as a major resort destination on the Red Sea. Phase III will include many new resorts, new towns, golf communities, an equestrian village, conference center and workforce housing plus many other unique amenities and experiences. HCG and our submittal team of architects, engineers and golf course designers propose amenitizing Phase III with magnificent lakes, lagoons, waterfalls, an aquarium, amusement park and rainforest garden.
